Gourmet Frog wedding cakes are prepared in the French tradition: Elegant tiers of cake layered with mousse and decorated with curls of white chocolate. Fresh flower petals can add a splash of color to the presentation and our delicious sauces are the finishing touch.

Your wedding cake presentation is a matching set of the "Display Cake" and however many "Side Cakes" you need to serve your guests. The Display Cake is for "show" and for your photographs. It is completely decorated with white chocolate shavings, but only the top layer is real cake. The "Side Cakes" which you serve your guests can be kept chilled and fresh until the moment you need them (these cakes can be sliced and plated during the cutting ceremony). You will find it is much easier to serve efficiently and attractively from cakes of a uniform size.
